Booking Appointments
Please be courteous when making a booking as last-minute cancellations or no shows can be detrimental for our business, by not allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment & causing other clients to miss out.

Bookings & Cancellation Policies
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.  No shows will be charged the full booked service amount. We will not except any future bookings and may take legal action if cancelation fees have not been met.

Payments
Cosmedic Skin Clinic accepts payments for products and services in the form of cash and EFTPOS. 
Cosmedic Skin Care requires that payments are to be made in full after your treatment prior to leaving the clinic.

Personal Belongings
We will not take any responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings left on the premises. We suggest keeping all items together during your treatment.

Product Return Policy
Please choose your product purchases carefully. Due to maintaining strict hygiene standards we will not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind on products.

Faulty or Defective Products
Any purchases proven to be faulty or defective may be replaced, although money will not be refunded. Contact us as soon as possible if you suspect your product is defective.

Treatments & Services
We aim to do our best to help our clients with all skin conditions, if you have had any treatment or started using products and have any concerns - please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you and offer our professional advice.

All treatment and product pricing is subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep our information current but it may not always reflect the price changes on the website or treatment menu’s.
